LongShore Struts Paratech LongShore Series

The Acme Thread Long Shore System consists of five sizes of extendable Long Shores ranging from 35.5 in (90.2 cm) to 198 in (503 cm) Each Long Shore consists of a 3-1/2 in (8.9 cm) aluminum alloy tube with a 3 in (7.6 cm) aluminum alloy threaded shaft that can be extended manually or activated by air, carbon dioxide or nitrogen. The Acme Thread Long Shore allows soft placement at collapse incidents and can be safely secured with a minimum of shock to the load. All aluminum alloy components of the Long Shore System are hard anodized to reduce electrical conductivity and increase strength and wearability.
