TEAM "Rescue Chains" Package

An excellent all around chain package for general duty work. All chains and hooks are 5/16" transport grade 70 with a working load of 4,000 lbs.

For safety we match the chains with a 1½ ton heavy duty chain come-a-long ensuring the system will never be overloaded as long as all the components are used together.

This equipment is strong enough to do many jobs and light enough to make it easy to work with.

Rescue Chain Package - 3 Ton Capacity

This heavy duty rescue chain package starts where the TRC570 leaves off. It is designed to handle big loads up to 6,000 pounds. All chains and hooks are 3/8" transport grade 70 with a working load limit of 6,000 pounds. For safety and maximum efficiency we match the chains with a 3 ton heavy duty chain come-a-long ensuring that the system will never be overloaded as long as all components are used together. Because of the size and weight of components in this package it is not practical to store in a carrying container. All items should be stowed loose in a compartment for easier handling.

IMPORTANT - Grade 70 chain should never be used for overhead lifting applications. Only grade 80 alloy chains and slings should be used for overhead lifting applications. Contact TEAM for a special alloy chain brochure.

MAXIWEDGE KIT

Twenty years ago TEAM introduced the PW60 Wood Plug and Wedge Kit designed for HAZ-MAT leak sealing operations. It became and remains to this day an inducting standard.

Now we are raising the bar with the advanced MW104 TEAM “MAXIWEDGE” Kit. This kit offers greater versatility by increasing leak sealing solutions to problems resulting from punctures, gashes, slits and slashes in tanks, cylinders and containers both mobile and stationary. Gas, liquid and bulk material leaks can now be controlled until more permanent solutions are available.

The MW104 MAXIWEDGE KIT contains 104 various sized wedges from 5/8” – 4” in height and up to 10” in width. Small to large leaks can be controlled easier than even before. Also included in the new MAXIWEDGE kit is a variety of conical wood plugs ranging in sizes from 1” – 5”. All wedges and plugs are precision manufactured to near perfect sizes. Wedges and plugs are manufactured from softwoods. When soaked in liquid, softwood will slightly swell forming a tighter seal.

PW60	Leak Sealing Plug & Wedge Kit

With the TEAM PW-60 Leak Sealing Plug & Wedge Kit, Gashes and punctures in tanks, cylinders, gas lines etc. Can be easily plugged to stop or control liquids, gases and bulk material leaks.

Plug Holes up to 5" in diameter!

Now you can have the right size whenever you need them - and plenty of them! Here is a 60 piece leak sealing kit made up of various size tapered wooden plugs and wedges. Manufactured from soft wood, these plugs & wedges will swell when saturated with liquid as well as slightly conform to the shape of the area to be sealed, resulting in a much tighter seal. All items are conveniently stored in a heavy duty draw string sack and includes a hardwood striking mallet.
